Farma je opremljena za uzgoj fazana,
prepelica, trčki, divljih pataka, biserki
(murke), a nalazi se u mjestu Serovici
pokraj Đurđevca. Na zemljištu od 12
hektara izgrađene su 2 zidane uzgojne
hale (peradarnici), svaka od 300 m², sa
podnim grijanjem, automatskim pojilicama
(Big Dutchman) i hranilicama. Također
je izgrađena 1 drvena hala od 400 m² s
visećim plinskim grijalicama, izgrađenim
volijerima od žice (tunelima) na površini
od oko 60.000 m². Farma ima vlastite
silose, sušaru za žitarice, te druge prateće
objekte. Na farmi se godišnje uzgoji oko
50.000 ptica. Ptice uzgojene na farmi
prodaju se lovačkim društvima i hotelima.
Farma uspješno posluje od 1992. godine i
u vlasništvu je pravne osobe, stoga postoji
mogućnost kupnje poslovnih udjela društva.

guinea fowl, located in Serovic village, near
Djurdjevac. On the land area of 12 acres,
2 manufacturing plants each sizing 300 m²
have been built, with under-floor heating
system, automated watering containers
(Big Dutchman) and feeders. In addition
there is another plant in size of 400 m²,
built of woods with hanging gas heaters,
built voliers wire (tunnels) on an area of
around 60.000 m². The farm has its own
grain storage facilities, grain dryers and
other ancillary facilities.The farm produces
around 50.000 birds annually. Birds reared
on the farm are sold to hunting clubs and
hotels throughout the country. The owner
of the farm is a legal entity and it has been
successfully operating since 1992. There
is a possibility to acquire the property
through the acquisition of company shares.
